Services

FridgeTek services fall into two main categories - supply and installation of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems and hardware, and service and maintenance of equipment on an ongoing or ad hoc basis. Under our service and maintenance banner, we also offer specialised data logging services to record and diagnose faults - an excellent tool that saves unnecessary call-outs and often shortens the time spent when an engineer does call.

Supply and installation |

FridgeTek's supply and installation services cover everything from complete air conditioning systems to refrigeration pipe work and control and power wiring. We offer a full package from initial site survey and design calculations to contract managing the project through to handover.

How data logging can help you …
There are always those jobs that always seem to fault after your engineer has left site after waiting all day to witness the trip event. Data logging is a cost-effective way to maintain a site presence 24 hours a day to capture that nuisance trip, document it and justify any expenditure required to get it up and running again.
Data logging is a useful tool to compare efficiencies between chillers or to compare pre- and post-refrigerant retrofit efficiencies of a system. The end user can easily determine any loss of efficiencies or gain in running costs.
Data logging can be a useful preventative planned maintenance tool, comparing one year’s performance data to another. Partially blocked condensers - air or water, scaled evaporators, compressor efficiencies and flow variations can be identified and investigated.
